Portland, ME-based Harvest on the Harbor celebrates local tastes & sips through a weeklong series of events in the Fall. While most of the 2016 Harvest events sold out, the 2017 event presented new challenges: more events in the program, loftier ticket sale goals, and competition with other food and drink events held in and around the Portland area.
In the month leading up to the event, with a very small media budget, we deployed a campaign on Facebook and Instagram to generate awareness, drive qualified traffic to the Harvest website and sell event tickets online. Our focus on audience refinement and retargeting paid off, resulting in record online ticket sales and other delicious results.
